Cutting in a drainage swale/ditch to drain a farm paddock which is too water logged for farming currently using the iDig touch 2D machine control laser system and Hitachi zx120-3
I am not using an external laser in this video.

When you do this do you set the slope on the computer at 1% or something?

Dan Doe it'll likely vary from country to country, but as far as I'm aware its one of the more affordable systems available without the compromise. I believe it is available in the US not sure who sells them over there however

xMagicalDonkey it can be turned off but you don't really notice it after a while it just becomes a background noise that you subconsciously notice

It is an option and can be turned off with the push of a button

Are you still satisfied with the 2D idig. Would you buy this device again? I am thinking of buying, hence the question

I’ve since sold it as I have a laser grader for my skidsteer, but it was a good unit, my advice would be wait as they have a brand new updated version coming out which will be compatible with there wireless 3D upgrade
