I injuried my Low back a few months ago because im a fool and ego lifting with bad form which put me down and thought of giving up in life and everything. These songs help me push the pain and focus on my recovery. Thanks for creating them.

@@TehBliz before when i was a dumbass before i injured my back i wouldnt have, now that im 80% rehabbed in my lower back, i owe that to the guys helping me cus i dropped my ego despite lifting 200 kg sumo with decent form, not that my injury was that great but it messed up my posture. So yeah, id listen, as i matured in the gym a bit and i fully assume my problems being a cause of my past shitty programming and technique

@@coachoctavian6160 this is so fucking true. I suffered a herniated disc playing rugby. Needed surgery. Lost all my gains got fat af. Fell into a nasty depression. Couldn’t find the energy to lift for a few years. This happened in 2015. Not until summer of 2021 did I find that fire to lift again. Focusing on all those things have helped my back out so much. I can’t even remember the last time I locked up my back. I’m fucking squatting more than when I was playing rugby. Deadlifting is something I kinda stay away from still. I just do Romanians
