It’s been 10 years since I started my journey and I remember vividly when I discovered this playlist. Here I am 27 wondering where the time went but thankful that the Gym is still a big part in my life thanks to this man and his impact. Makes me proud knowing he’s inspiring the younger guys still 10 years after his passing. RIP Zyzz. Forever Mirin 🔥🔥

its not about them roids or any of that shit, it's how Zyzz inspired a generation.. to become a better version of yourself.. to live life the way you want to live it without thinking about how other people would think of you.. just doing what you do that makes you happy and not putting anybody down. That's how the king lived his life and that's how he wants you to live yours.. and that's what the revolution is about.

He lived a life he wanted, at least at the surface. He paid the highest price for it. He paid exactly what we called " the risk". The risk we have immortalised and keeps inspiring us, particularly at the darkest and hardest of times. He should have lived. But I guess he does live. Not physically though but lives nevertheless. Not many live as long as he lives. I too was one of those teenagers with teenage mental stress he helped lift and eradicate.
