They don't have a dedicated banner so you can't "pull for Lycaon". But Lycaon is best in slot in Ellen's team anyway, so hopefully you get them both. Either by getting lucky 1/6 in beginner banner for Lycaon, or losing 50-50 to Lycaon on Ellen banner, or reroll for Lycaon if you want, or just wait until 300/300 for guaranteed Lycaon (though it'll take 6+ months probably).
