Once Sherdog got infested with rogue moderators banning people for anything they felt like, I left and never returned. KZfaq is far better. Moderation is very fair for MMA stuff. I've never been blocked by any content creator yet that I know of and I know I am not blocked because people respond to my post. I've never bashed fighters unfairly. To this day, I have no idea how those Sherdog mods were basing their decision to ban people. It was so silly. Jeff always seemed like a nice guy.

Went to a Superjoint Ritual show once where Anselmo was talking lots of shit on the Abbott Brothers, saying things like how he "taught some losers from Texas what heavy metal is". He got some boo's and f u's from the crowd for that one. I lost some respect for him that night. It wasn't until his "white power" outburst that I lost the rest of my respect for him.

For me Reinventing The Steel suffered from not being produced by Terry Date. It's a great album as is musically. But sonically it sounded so much better with Dates remix of the album.

Chapman is "the guy," for ammy wrestling history, but I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable in areas he is not, namely the specifics of how the sport developed and the different sanctioning bodies circa 19th and early 20th centuries lol. I've studied the history for over a decade and have ample notes, citations, and could provide you with many answers Mr. Chapman came up empty on here. He's lovely, but he is more interested in what appears to be oral history, anecdotal "famed wrestler" stories, etcetera.

Not sure if this story is 100% close to the truth. Records back in the 1800’s was always tainted and stretched. The attempted murder of Fitzpatrick cannot be confirmed due to conflicting stories and Victoria Police later said Fitzpatrick wasn’t a reliable figure. Three police unfortunately did lose their lives at Stringybark Creek, not sure it’s murder as again conflicting stories. It’s plausible that they shootout was started by police and the Kelly’s had to shoot back in self defence. In my view why this story hits accord with Aussies is Ned’s mateship qualities of looking after his mates & his bush skills in coming up with the armour idea + fight against crooked police & burning of the locals bank mortgage documents: everyone hates banks!

Travel Solo, You have got the story upside down. Ned Kelly murdered Constable Lonigan as soon as he moved. He did not have a weapon in hand when he was murdered. Constable McIntyre's evidence was truthful and compelling. What he said was also supported by Dr. Reynolds, who undertook the autopsy. A book written in 1879, by a Kelly supporter, and who was in touch with gang members, stated very clearly, that after Lonigan was murdered, gang members went to his body and took his revolver from his belt, and they argued over who would have the weapon. Constable Scanlan was fired on by Ned Kelly as soon as he rode into camp. He fell from his horse and was on all fours trying to stand up when Ned Kelly shot him in the chest, killing him. Sgt Kennedy was chased through the bush for 800 yards, wounded him, then Ned Kelly executed him with a 12 gauge shotgun at point-blank range to the chest, after Kennedy pleaded for his life. All three were cold-blooded murders. Ned Kelly did not have any mate ship. He gave up his mate, Harry Power, and he arranged the murder of his friend Aaron Sherritt. You claim crooked police. Then can you explain why the Royal Commission in 1881 found the police acted properly in dealing with the Kelly's extensive criminality? You really have no idea do you?
@travelsolo2677
@travelsolo2677 Жыл бұрын
@@samsabastian5560 you are making it all up. Ned Kelly was convicted of only one. Read the evidence located In Beechworth Court House and Old Melbourne Gaol. There wasn’t enough evidence to confirm the other police were murdered by Ned Kelly. Read the 1880 court documents Ned Kelly was executed for only one murder. Ned Kelly also did not give up Harry Power as you state, this was a rumour that the police trying to get his supporters to turn in Ned Kelly to give him up. It’s all documented In Beechworth Courthouse if you are keen to visit and read for yourself 👍👍

@@theaustraliangoldprospecto6573 you should go to Stringybark Creek, read the official signs. Go to Beechworth Court House, read the historical papers etc. Ned did not give up Powers, his uncle did. There were no witnesses to Kennedy’s shooting. Ned Kelly was only convicted of Lonigan murder. After Ned was hung the Vic police raided the Greta house weekly and destroyed food supplies etc. when the young Kelly kids were trying to just survive until their mum was released from Gaol. They weee constantly harassed. The Police weren’t angel’s either. After 140yrs Australia still has a fascination with the Kelly story and every one has an opinion.

@@travelsolo2677 What you have stated is not true. Fitzpatrick told the truth, and that was confirmed by Ned Kelly himself after he was captured. All three police at Stringybark Creek were murdered by Ned Kelly, with neither Lonigan or Scanlan having a weapon in hand to defend themselves. They were both cold blooded murders. Ned Kelly chased Sgt Kennedy for 800 metres through the bush, wounding him and then full well knowing he had 5 little children and his wife was pregnant, Ned Kelly took a 12 gauge shotgun and at point-blank range murdered Kennedy. He then robbed his corpse. What a low life he was. Mateship? Really? He gave up his mate Harry Power, and organised the murder of his mate, Aaron Sherritt. Your comments follow fictitious rubbish.
@samsabastian5560
@samsabastian5560 Жыл бұрын
@@travelsolo2677 Ask Harry Power, who gave him up. He would know, and he stated categorically, it was Ned Kelly. That is why the police did not proceed with a charge of armed robbery that Kelly was charged with. Power said it was a conspiracy between the Kelly's Quinn's and Lloyd's to give him up to collect the £500 reward, and they got him drunk and then gave him away. The forensic evidence given by Dr. Samuel Clements was exact and accurate. He stated that Ned Kelly shot Kennedy at point-blank range with a 12 gauge shotgun while he was standing erect, and he was not badly wounded, as Ned Kelly stated. Ned Kelly was charged with two murders, Lonigan and Scanlan. The Crown only proceeded with one, that being Lonigan, that was more than sufficient to secure a conviction. Your comment that the police went to the Kelly house after Ned Kelly was hanged is a load of fictitious rubbish. There is not a shred of evidence, anywhere, that it happened. It only happened in the minds of pro Kelly authors that wrote a load of fictitious rubbish. The Royal Commission found that the police did NOT harass the Kelly's, but they did pay attention to his extensive criminality. Your comments follow myths, fiction and lies promoted by pro Kelly authors, mostly made up nonsense.

Ive been to quite a few concerts in my life. I'm sure several people have experienced a PanterA concert before and been to other types of concerts. Yes PanterA had supporting bands on the tour, and at the concerts but honestly I don't believe they needed them to sell out the arenas that they played in. I never experienced that special feeling of power and connection to PanterA at their concerts, with any other bands, and those concerts. After seeing PanterA live, they left you with the feeling of, "what band could follow"!!!!???
