The web series wasn't great, but serviceable for it's time and it's presumably small budget. However, I think there is a Payday mpvie or TV show in pre-productiom at the moment.

Such a good trailer and seemed to me to be one of the last good ones that I remember. These trailers made us gamers excited and added story to the game. It made it seem more alive and interesting than other game offerings. But then…..well you know….it was getting cartoony and stupid and cheap.

When they started doing stuff like Goat heist and animated trailers, I knew it was getting to a place where it was just silly and perhaps cartoony. These ones they did with people, like this one and Hoxton Breakout were completely off the chain! Made me excited about the game.

It would honestly but so fkn cool if Payday was properly tied in with John Wick in the next movie. I could see this being the start of JW4, idk how they would do it but it would be so cool.
