After being pretty deep into calisthenics and doing Lsits on bars, rings, parallettes, I always assumed I could easily do them on the ground if I tried. Boy was I wrong, the amount of straight arm strength and core compression required to perform them on the ground is significantly different

If you wanna target your chest, get two chairs, lay them to the left and right of your hips so that you get a deficit, and just lay your legs straight as you do them. It really burns my pecs and my triceps, but my back, I can't really feel it that much. Hope this helps fr

90° hold is more centered on the shoulders while archers pushups are mainly for chest so you are better off doing pseudo pushups for direct carry over to 90° hold
