I started birth control at 18 mainly to prevent pregnancy. It’s been 6.5 years I’m still with the same partner and I’m getting off of it. We’re going to use other forms of protection we aren’t ready for a baby yet. However, I feel the same way. Monotone robotic the way you described it is exactly how I feel. Even when I earned my B.A. back in May I was like “meh” about it. I’ve only been off 3 days but I’m excited to get my normal self back.

I live in Sunny Isles and I love it here. Be super careful about HOA and maintenance fees. Also, our rent has gone up $400 every year. So if you find somewhere you really like, just know rent will just keep going up and up and up

I couldn’t agree with you on the “consuming not as much educational content”. I will say, when you’re a founder and/or creator, these mindless chats, and funny videos help remind us not to take life too seriously. Also I’m 30!

These three areas have not been affordable since the early 80s. They may seem affordable looking back and comparing to today’s prices but for at least the last 40 years they have been ABOVE the median home prices compared to other areas. Today, every neighborhood in Miami is out of control.

Great video, but you forgot to mention that the cost of HOA’s are high are due to the high cost of home insurance in Florida and legislation passed to require higher reserves for future condo renovations. On top of the higher price of home we have high homeowners property taxes.

I’m so grateful for this. My ex just sent an email to my dad and accidentally ccd me, telling my dad why they were breaking up with me which has been an ongoing process for the last month. He said how sad he was to leave our family and it made it all real. I still have hope for reconciliation and I feel stupid and crazy for that. Finding this video has helped me so much. The first time grocery shopping alone is so oddly difficult. Exactly what you said, wanting to get something you know they’d love and just the heartbreak of that. I know I’ll be okay but I don’t want to be, because then it means it’s done.

Would love to see part II of more affordable homes that the average income in Miami could buy with your ideas of how to renovate etc. for example, homes that are $300-500k that could be turned into a beautiful dream home (I know it’s hard to find individual houses for these prices, so condos too!)
