These really are very poor and even dangerous for hgv use. I have entered my dimensions ( for artic with trailer) but it's trying to send me through a 6 foot y inch width limit that has a 7.5t limit. It's only because I know the road that I ignored the satnav, but what if I didn't? I know the road has been limited for around 10 years, so it's not the maps that need updating. PLUS, I registered my device when I got it, but in nearly 3 years of ownership, I haven't received any update info at all. Another fault is the volume of the satnav us on full, but even then its hard to hear it if you have the radio on even at a low volume. No website for NavPal, no customer service number, and the promise of "free lifetime updates" is obviously a false claim used for marketing. My advice is do not buy a NavPal you have a wide choice on Amazon, all around the price you will pay for these and most will have customer services and a website for updating. Avoid this unless you can afford to throw £60 down the drain.

you do realise that if you enter the dimensions of a bus or lorry, it takes no notice of those settings, was trying it out in my car and i had it set to 14 foot, and it sent me under a 12 foot bridge, sent me down weight restricted NO HGV roads several times, good for cars, crap for any thing bigger
