Nope. That's not where it's coming from; but from CO2. Go to The World In Data, under CO2. Yes, there *is* a post-2015 surge in CO2 emissions worldwide, and yes it is *also* true that the emissions for the US and Europe peaked 20 years ago and have been going down since. In fact, it's as low as it was in 1970, now. Now ... look at what (and who) is *actually* spiking the world total. The red one on the graph is clear, but you may need some extra info on the olive-colored one on the graph: those are the consequences of the BRI projects. So, next time, get your facts in order before you gaslight the wrong people, and stop giving the culprits a free pass (thereby, in the process, showing your own true, virtue-signalling, color).
