Surveillance happens at every game and they have found that those exact seats have had people recording on their phone the whole sideline, classic scUM fan trying to defend cheating. Harbaugh can't beat OSU on his own and had to resort to cheating. Harbaugh has already stated that he had no idea so if found guilty by NCAA that in of itself is a Level 1 violation. Michigan is looking at scholarship reductions a postseason ban and vacated wins at the least. This isnt like the recruits with a cheeseburger this is a cheating at its core and anything michigan accomplishes this season will be tainted.

The rule that was actually broken was that the means Stalions used to record these games was against the rules. They might try to pin this on harbaugh because according to some, this falls under the rule that the head coach is responsible for all staff (even if Stalions was doing this to go "above and beyond" out of his own personal desire and was being funded by someone else). Otherwise I agree, UMich is still a powerhouse team and they might've let one more TD per game at worst this season so far if not for high tech sign stealing. This is moreso a foothold for the losers to throw all of their emotions at Michigan, I swear I see more anger here than I did during some of the SA allegations teams have had throughout the years

You can record the game on TV, but that shows whats goes on the field not the sidelines where the signs come from sooooo

@@AstroPatel Harbaugh will be pinned for this bc he knew abt it, a head coach would know abt this, there is video evidence of stalions next to harbaugh the whole game with his sheets of stolen signs. At some point harbaugh would have to have known, maybe not from the beggginig but definietly somewhere along the way

Very true unless Michigan knew what he was doing and using that. It’s curious that he makes $55K a year and buys tix for 30 games in last two years, in great seats, sometimes on opposite sides of the stadium, and has very unprecedented access to coaches on the sidelines during games for a recruiting analyst. Video shows him advising the UM coordinators before plays in last year’s Ohio State game. I’m not sure they were discussing a 4 star junior prospect outta Detroit at those moments.

Dude was never at a opposing stadium he is always on the Michigan sideline, his job is to advise coaches on signal decoding nothing wrong with that. NCAA has the burden of proof and I far as I'm corcerned they have compromise the Investigation, selectively leaking Info to Pete Thamel and ESPN.

Sure, the rule only applies to Michigan employees. The people recording weren’t Michigan employees…but the coaching staff using that information are. Allegedly.

They aren't alleging that because they can't prove that, that is why the NCAA is attempting to try this in the court of public opinion by leaking info to Pete Thamel and ESPN, Its obvious to me that a first year law school student could win this case in court, with what we know now.

@@jamesjay6717 no dummy. Cheating is not necessarily going to give you an advantage on every play, but if you can neutralize the opponents best plays then it limits what they can do. Maybe they would’ve won without cheating but I guess we’ll never know. And if I remember correctly UM never held the lead against TCU, a team that only scored once in the Championship game. TCU had a convincing win over UM does that feel better.
