@@Texas_taildraggin thanks for the nice comments. I used a basic off the shelve rustoleum green then added black u til I liked it. About a cup or two. I’m no paint master but it came out pretty good. I did a video of the paint on this Jeep.

@@stechmer1 good question, when removing I had the head off so I just used a couple of the head bolts. Going back in I used the passenger side motor mount bolts and drivers side I don’t remember exactly I’m thinking it was one of the starter bolts

@@matthias9781 it was purchased from a salvage yard. I believe it would be the same subframe whether 2WD or 4WD Although the exhaust was components were different.

Thank you so much for this year end review! I’m I. The process of doing my garage/shop now. Everyone bad mouths these kits that they lift and don’t hold up. Your floor looks great. I think most people just are not up to the immense task of the prep work! Boy it’s a pain 😂.

@@Dave_Did_it always inspect the hoses, make sure they are not hard or cracked. “If in doubt change them out” or have an experienced mechanic inspect them for you.

It looks like this pump house was built back in the 1940s. It’s very old. What exact year was this building built? Also, I can’t believe you found a vintage light bulb! I wish I had that.

Yep thanks on that one but man I got a 1989 Chevy I put fule pump in fule sensor fule duse new distributor air flow sensor throttle position sensor it's a hassle I like the truck though been a good one for me for a long time but hey it happens have a blessed day or night

@@pawankumarthadhani7854 did you get from a salvage yard? There were a few vin number questions my local yard asked me, I don’t know all the vin info I’m sorry. If both are multiair engines of the same displacement it may work… I had to change a few items.

What other video? I would like to see the removal of the engine. Procedure has you dropping it from the bottom with the transmission, but I see you left the tranny in. @@tomford5416 the trees we crossed were not cut down, just rotten blow downs. Trail maintenance, some areas are good others not so much. On some old logging trails they on,y get used every 15-20 years. So they become grown over fairly quickly.

@@evilspartians4590 remove as much of the plastic and sound damping material as possible. Take your time and make a note or better yet take pictures as you go. The more stuff removed from the back side the easier it will be to get out.

So far I have watched at least a dozen different videos about a PO300 misfire code on a later model Chevy Silverado and I saw a dozen different problems that have caused it. The 5.3 in my 05 Sierra is now in the metal bin and a 307 from a 1972 Chevelle, with a set of 202 heads and a camshaft from a mercruiser marine engine is sitting in its place hooked up to a 700R4 transmission. No more misfire code !!!

Just a head up you can actually take the fender off without taking the bunper off as the headlight comes out with the fender just to save. Little time!

The engine harness unplugs with 3 or 4 plugs on the frame to separate it from the body harness. I know it was your first time but you made this job a lot harder than it is. Once you learn what needs to come off and what can stay taking this engine out is literally a 90 minute job

yes it even blocks you installing it into the schrader valve took me 2 hours per tire had to constantly keep clearing the valve stem.. this means its good.. real good

a real poor designed head to remove when both cams need to be removed to get the fromt two head bolts out which also requires a $65 Mac T-55 to remove them. The bolts turn 90 degrees going snap-snap 4 times until POW the bolt comes loose. Every time I looked to see what I'd broken. Notice you didn't show that!

This is fascinating. Our company uses one of the old axillary outskirt buildings at the mine. I've always been very curious about the big buildings and underground though. I have no idea how i stumbled on this but I'm glad i did.
