You can use the old lock nuts to weld a hook to them, hang the rotors up, hit the wear sleeve and bearing race with a sedaline torch and they will fall right off as gravity works its magic. No cutting needed.

Rebuilt vs Remanufactured. If I was the customer and my box came back with the same $30 ball valve on the case drain I would wonder about what else wasn't deemed important. Was it removed for cleaning? If not how clean did the case actually get? If it was why not put a new one on? It's usually something small that takes out something big. "The devil is in the details" boys.

We inspected the entire gearbox upon disassembly and the valve was deemed to be in good condition and fully functional. The entire gearbox and all components were cleaned thoroughly before being reassembled. We also replaced all the plexiglass panels, the hardware attaching the panels, the fittings on the panels, and a vent that was missing when the gearbox arrived.

madalas pag matigas yung ikot worn-out na yung bearing at kalaunan masira yung Gear pagpinatakbo pa nang tudo. dapat e service na agad para hindi maapektohan yung ibang parts gaya nang rotor and side plate.

So, how distorted is the outer raceway now? If the gear is that fatigued, what do you think the raceway looks like? Kids will ride that. You should be in prison.
