Ah that's a bummer. There's videos online with people unhooking the electric motor on the brake caliper, and then pushing the piston back in. But you'd have to do a little searching on them.

Crush washer on the drain bolt? I honestly don't remember. But if there is one, I would recommend just buying a new bolt that comes with a washer. That's your best bet....sometimes those drain bolts start to round off, so a fresh bolt and washer is a plus.

Ah I don't know too much on the 300s.. but a clutch spring and weights are a nice mod to do. If they make a full exhaust, that'll help with a jetted carb.

So I have a blinking cvt light and limp mode with no 4x4 working all after installing a new belt I tried the reset 50x all differt procedures, ohms the wires out to the belt switch on side of case and swapped both solenoids with good working ones and still no luck

So just to cover bases here. Seems like you're looking on the right path. But let's start from the beginning.... before the best was replaced everything was fine? Did the belt break or did you replace it just because she was getting some miles on her?

Absolutely it could be. It's just harder to install the new ball joint. But you can definitely remove it easily while it's on the machine.

Ah that's a pretty big job. Next time I have a top end apart I can make one. Do you need one for this model or valve seals in general?

It does suck. But it's one of those things, find the best and copy it. Unfortunately that's how the world is. I wish you still had a set. Those are the ones I want try. I just want to document everything and try different things. See if it's worth the money or not... like those weights are $180+. Was it worth it..... ahhhhh I still got beat. Felt good out of the hole but it was hooking hard all day. So that could have definitely been it. Next race I'm pulling those out and putting the stock 08 weights in. See if that is a better setup or not! What are your thoughts?
