I used to go out there in a 12 ft aluminum jon boat and catch those things when I was like 14. Nowadays I just consider them a nuisance fish. You be trying to catch a big red fish or snook but damn tarpon keep on eating your bait pain in the butt. Go ahead and soak it up though. When you get done with that you should have your captain take you over to the phosphate docs and hook into a 800 lb grouper
