honestly i was so scared of labour but it turned out to be so amazing!! nothing to be scared about. your body is made to birth a baby it knows what to do you just have to go with your body and let it do the work. there’s so many pain relief options and the midwife’s and doctors know exactly whatt to do in any emergencies etc. all u can reccomend is practice breathing techniques they helped my contractions and a birthing comb helps too! you’ve got this!! 🩷✨

And that is what I’ve got in there for now in the top compartment of my pencil case for college in September I haven’t decided on the whole pen Situation.
