Would be REAL NICE if they offered replacement blades…..what are you supposed to do if you bend/break a blade? No replacements….it’s a 1 and done if a blade bends/breaks.

I would be careful hooking between string and cam. Had my bow derail one year from a just right slight snag on the way up. Probably not common. Just food for thought.

I use my rappel rope to hoist my bow or gun. It's easier to grab the 8mm rappel rope than a thin paracord or, especially that hook thing.

This was my first year of TAC shot the nock on course. Only lost 2 arrows. The shots were absolutely tough. Fox at 53 and Bigfoot at 102 ish. Uphill downhill side hill. All that sht. I’m hooked going every year till I shoot with Dudley 😅😅

I use a retractable rope tied to my saddle then as I’m pulling my bow up it automatically coils back into it and it’s out of the way and quiet. Keeps me hands free while setting up and nice not having a rope of some sort all tangled in my pocket somewhere.

Does a sharp broadhead really make a difference wouldn’t they doll Broadhead hair more than just slice? I shoot the Grimm reapers I do not sharpen them. I was just curious.

Can you dry draw a bow I know you can’t release it without a arrow Bu I tried to draw without an arrow and the think that grabs the bow won’t hold the string ?
@SuperCharcoalangel

Definitely doing to sky draw. I hurt my rotator cuff outside of archery and and haven't been able to shoot for a few months. Now that hunting season is coming I am getting back to the range. Sometimes I draw back fine but other times my shoulder completely gives out. I'll have to go and see what the issue is in my draw.

One suggestion for Tethrd…….stop with the closed bridge. Supply a $12 carabiner to make it an open bridge.
@flinginairos
@flinginairos 5 күн бұрын
Adding a caribiner to the bridge creates a couple problems. One is noise by adding something metal to the saddle and two is safety for the newer guys. It’s one more thing you could potentially hook up wrong, forget to lock the gate etc. with a closed bridge that is fully spliced you can’t hook it up wrong, there’s nothing to make noise and it’s stronger. Just my .02. I’ve been saddle hunting for over ten years now and I wouldn’t want a biner there.

A retractable dog leash is a money saving hack versus retractable hoists. Took a silver sharpie and marked it every six inches so I always have an idea of how high I am. I gear tie it to my waist belt on my pack and it permanently lives there.
