SPOT ON! Great tutorial that got me in and out in an hr or so. Getting the latch to the headlight on and off was a bit of a wiggle game. Then connecting to the back of the bulb was a bit tricky too. This made it VERY EASY to change it. Thanks again! Now my daughter can drive at night with no problems.

When the brake pad consumed unevenly both side in same wheel the pins need to be greased and let some old brake fluid in calliper to be out by drain some just like you try let air out this will make calliper work better both sides Thanks
@citizendc912 күн бұрын
Quite smart. So the problem with one wheel in the air is that the other wheel typically doesn't move even if you have a limited slip diff, but by breaking only that wheel in the air, the other wheel can now move. Talk about a simple solution to the problem.

This has to be some of the worst advice. Just remove the axe and do it right. Use the proper parts. The inner boot needs to be crimped on at the proper length. Your using a different boot how can you reinstall it in the same spot as the original.

@@latenightpoops They're bolt on on all 4 corners on Outbacks since I think 2005. The problem is typically the bolt on hubs rust weld themselves to the knuckle. Safety tip taught by my mechanic father. When you take off the wheel put it under the subframe of the car in case the jack fails. Especially if you've got it jacked up on the dirt and on a piece of wood. I've seen first hand cars tip off jacks and it isn't pretty 😢
