I was reading a book - A Diplomat's Diary - by TN Kaul who was a former ambassador and diplomat. According to one of the chapters in the book , after panchsheel agreement, when officials came back to India they told their concerns about China to the then PM of India .The PM then wrote to some ministries to work on strengthening borders... But Home Ministry and Finance ministry told that they don't have enough funds to cooperate with this. If these facts mentioned in TN Kaul's book are true, please make a video on this too.

Interesting! Every book that I read adds silence to my existence.At times opinionated and always a step up to knowledge ,every book has something new. But I am yet to figure out the right and wrong.Or mabe I do not wish to.😊 Mr Kaul's book will be worth a read. Thank you! Keep sharing.
