She's a beautiful lady! She was the second laker I saw up close and personal at Fairport Harbor in Ohio. Frontenac bring my first! I need to hone my photo taking skills over the winter so I can start posting! Thanx for the great video!

That's what's good about Duluth and the lift bridge. The let it rip no matter what time it is!!

Not really. I saw a video of the Paul R Tregurtha coming into Duluth harbor late at night and there were no horns. She just sailed into the harbor, turned around and backed into her berth to load coal.@@michaelstamper3444

Wow. No tugs being used in tight quarters. I have a hard enough time parallel parking my own SUV and this skipper places a ship to pier like a hand to glove. Thank you for this video capture.

Thank you. I wonder what this video would be like with John McLaughlin's Shakti music.

When I was young, I used to ride the old swing span bridge on the saginaw River, Watching the ships from the third street bridge was fun.

Great video. Really awful music to the point that it was distracting.

There this crazy thing called volume, if you turn it down it mutes the music!

The music was a soothing variety, but I think its unnecessary....I'd rather listen to the ship and the water.

@@edwardhugus2772 Darn sight much worse choice of music being used. And at least you could still hear her going through the water. Still great footage x

Average Canadian boat, all she really needs is a new paint job though

A lot more of the Canadian shipping fleets sail through the Welland Canal then Amercan boats do. Eight sets of locks to traverse the 325 ft difference in elevation between Lakes Erie and Ontario takes its toll on the sides of the boats. Also because of environmental laws most boats only get paint when they go for the 5 yr mandatory inspection. ✌️🇨🇦

The footage is delightful. The muzak is dreadful. I had to mute it to make it through the video. Still, the footage is very good.
