He is an AMAZING, INCREDIBLE AND SUPERB DRUMMER. Check and learn this, smaller drum set, and still sound the same. He doesn't need that clown. The song with out his barking was amazing!!! I finally was able to really HEARD THE REAL MUSICIAN IN THAT BAND. II (great name thanks to that preak "singer" cheap copy of DAVID GAHAN) doesn't need to be in that "band" I've seen and met amazing drummers. This guy is a REAL GIFTED HUMBLE GUY. HE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED AND BE CALLED BY HIS REAL NAME, BE THE EXAMPLE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION. THAT CRAP FROM THAT MORON SINGER CREATES CONFLICT ON KIDS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR THE EXAMPLE TO FOLLOW ON MUSIC, SPORTS, ETC. THE PREAK CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN ABOUT THE "SLEEP" GOD, HE IS SO IGNORANT HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THE NAME!!! MORPHEUS!!!! HE IS IGNORANT AND STUPID. CAN'T STAND HIM!!!! HE IS LIKE COLIN KAEPERNICK OF MUSIC!!!!

Pure craftsmanship on the drums... a master, II is a living legend. This clip fascinates me. Also from a technicians point of view, I'm amazed to see such a wide range of different microphones being used.

Was a fan of the original but it was so upbeat that the lyrics were just as upbeat feeling. This rendition had such a commanding hold on my emotions. Beautiful and touching. Thanks for this Sleep Token.

my take: The apple is Sleeps first offering to Vessel. To show Vessel he (sleep) can give ‘goodness’. So this is Vessels first time with something so pure and actually good. Sleep is just seducing him with pretty things. Vessel sees this and wants more. The labyrinth of his pain is hard to deal with and escape so he sees Sleep is capable of bringing him out of it. So he offered his heart in return. This are the first steps.

This song is amazing - the music and the crescendo of his voice with each new line, as well as starting slower and singing faster, creates the effect of rolling waves, the ebb and flow, going up and down. the guitar notes also rolling and lingering, like water. Water is associated with emotions so this perfectly mimics our (his) emotions moving like waves, sometimes more rough, sometimes more calm. Amazing music.
