Oakland where it can get to 28 degrees but it never snows somewhat. It can get windy but no hurricanes except for the 1978 storm that was the length of the state (San Diego to Pelican Bay) and half the width. Trains all day long dude and the bullet train adding to that. Fun fact SF and Oakland had the BART subway before Los Angeles had theirs.

why the hell do they have to have the consist with a F40PH and not just use the charger!? I swear a lot of the Americans trains may have the ugliest train sets in existence.
