Thank you so much. This means a lot. I am towing my L3560 on my friends 18’ flatbed trailer tomorrow for the first time. I tow a smaller trailer around so I’m a bit nervous doing it for the first time. This helped so much. I know setting up camera angles and editing video takes time. So much appreciated!! Thanks for the video, On my deck what I did was remove about five maybe six of the balusters on the one side away from the stairs. Once I get up the stairs I make a path over to the gap and start pushing shovel full out the hole. Except for making the path which I only lay the snow to the side, I never lift the shovel off the deck, I just slide it across the deck. I'm also using one of those ergonomic snow shovels with the bend in it. My house is what's called a Salt Box and the roof is real steep on the deck. The snow can roll off the roof on to the deck to where it's 3 feet high, I'm done with trying to lift that over the railing.

@@udgrin2 Just replaced my toilet an hour or so ago. Would have been super simple if I had a longer supply hose. The one for the old toilet was about 6 inches too short. I had a piece of 10 inch pex and some fasteners I made work. It's not the best job, but it does what it's supposed to do with no leaks (for now). I need to buy some more pex just in case something breaks anyway. Several more fasteners too. Maybe I get this done right, but I have about 10 other projects I'd like to do first, lol.

Must be a great feeling to know the property survived that storm in great shape. That good is on you! It surprised me that your road held up. Great video. Thanks for taking your time, explaining what you were doing & why you were doing it. Excellent for first timers and experienced folks alike. You can always learn from seeing how others do it. I’ve found that tipping your bucket down as far as it’ll go, then resting the cutting edge against the trailer bed can help on windy days, since the bucket will catch less air. Thanks for taking the time to put together this informative video.

Jimmy, I'm really enjoying your videos. Nice to see you do have some help at times. My wife has zero interest in helping with construction projects and not worth risking our marriage trying to persuade her ;-] 5:45 Do you have any details of the system you hooked the block and tackle to? It appears it pivots as the truss is raised. Looks similarly based on the jacks used to raise the walls, which I assume were commercially produced or did you make those also?
@udgrin27 ай бұрын
Block and tackle was simply strapped to the peak of preceeding truss, nothing complicated. And the wall lifts were purchased new, and resold after using them. So sorry your wife doesn't participate, my wife loves helping and watching my mind work when I come up with solutions to obstacles so that I can accomplish them alone and safely...
