I am especially interested and glad to see that you are adding the " idiot lights"( fasten seat belts, check engine, and so on. The interesting thing about KITT replicas, is that they often look much better (and more accurate to the in-universe KITT) than the actual screen used cars do. The screen used cars (of which 5 survive today) used a lot of Hollywood smoke and mirrors. If it wasn't on camera, it didn't need to be on the car. Whereas with a replica, you have to finish the entire thing, not just the parts the camera sees.

Incredible, I did the SAME work on mine Firebird! I changed almost everything inside and outside the car, changed lots of engine and transmission parts, brakes, tires with the 15" Turbocast rims and many, many other parts I don' t remember now. I worked on it for over 5 years, great times back then! Many many compliments, enjoy your car!

Thanks for the videos. Could you answer a question for me please, just had my XFS oil and filter changed at garage and was invoiced for 7 litres of oil but it’s only showing 3 quarters full on dash same model as yours. Keep up the videos.

Does it really need to be all the way to the back with torx screws instead of normal ones? Can't it be as simple as all other car brands where the scoop is near front bumper and air filter has 2 latches (not brakable clips). For AC cabin filter, almost all other car brands can easily replace the by a notch in the glove compartment. No breakable clips or special screws that you can lose when you contort. Who's the genius in Peugeot making this a living hell even for seasoned mechanics?

Looks like stuff from bluecollarbobbers in Utah, I imported it to the Netherlands: looks great and easy to assemble. Hi,my sister has a 1,6 2010 petrol 5008 peugeot with turbo,randomly on idle the engine starts shaking and stops working,she replaced the spark plugs and coils but no fix,anyone any ideea?

Gearbox fluid for life. Was told by Mercedes in 2003 for ML-430 and CLK-320. Did a lot of towing with my Landcruiser, so didn't believe him. Changed gearbox oil on ML every 80,000km. Gearbox rebuilt at 270,000km. CLK rebuilt at 70k and 140k. Mercedes later came out and recommended 40k gearbox oil changes.
