My laptop's light was flickering because machine was too hot for running endless hours so I just simply removed battery blow over it and when it was normal I just fixed it back and it started working again

If still problem persist then if you have ram with extended then interchange ram slots it will work

dude you are idiot, I had the same issue and I fixed it! you need to removed the motherboard and clean it with Isopropyl Alcohol than let it dry well and then put everything back + new thermal paste if is still issue try to remove the rams or replace with new bios battery should work! When the laptop bring back you will see only lights and tha fan spinning like crazy! Let is 1-2 min if you see orange light at the left side of charger, try to hold the power buttom untill you will see the Dell Icon. When the laptop opened try to do Bios Update!
