Theres no fucking way that fy08 is that slow i have a 3s lipo and my shit is about double the speed of yours it fucking flys

I modded my wltoys with the fy08 rollcage and body, i used the feiyue rear shock tower with slight trimming, best of both worlds, my fy08 was terrible, all parts poorly fitted, very stiff, but build quality seems better than wltoys ironically... how did you add lexan to the windows? I had to remove the driver and passenger insert to allow room for new brushless system, exposed to dirt and dust now

Toddler mode to child mode. Add some stickers and some dirt and you might get 10 mph. I love it already.

Thanks for the input! How about the duration and quality of the variator? and the batteries? I had a bad experience with a hexfly charger ... (I hope I'm wrong) and the truth is that I am also skeptical that for $ 110 dollars I can get a lot of fun from stock, without having to replace any part quickly ... as with wl toys . .. I find it hard to believe that for what it costs the servos or variator (control receiver) are not defective .... if I wanted to place another transmitter and variator ... which would be a good option.

Dumbo rc is the best transmitter and receiver I've come across. It's at a great price to.

Been considering the fy08. Seen some mixed reviews. Seen some people love it. And others. Just ehh. I just ordered the fy01 brushed. But Seen the fy08 on sale for almost same price as the fy01

I would go with brushless everytime. Fy08 is a nice durable cheap car.

@@rcwithjg2864 yeah. I'm thinking pretty hard about grabbing it as well. Didn't notice it on sale until mine already went to shipping. But figure the fy01 might be little better in some ways for us we do a lot of crawling as well. Just recently built us a course for our wpl trucks, and posted a video of it.

Hi, can yo help me? I received mine yesterday. Came with reversed throttle. Switched the motor wires (color yellow and red was reversed indeed). bashed while and put the battery to charge. Today I turned it on and the throttle is reversed again! Nobody touched it!

There is a little switch on top of the remote. There isn't any instructions on it. But click that switch and it will reverse the forward and reverse.

I would keep the red wire to red wire connected. And just reverse the other 2 wires. If you have already done that. Then I would have to think your esc needs reprogrammed with the remote. Sometimes you can turn the steering wheel backwards and hold reverse throttle at the same time. Then turn the remote on while holding the steering and throttle. Then release them. While the remote is still on turn the wheel all the way forward and backward. Then throttle all the way forward and backward. Then shut it off and turn it back on. See if that helps.

I filled my light pots with hot glue, it helps spread the light out in the headlights.instead of looking so dim they'll pop!! Search Feiyue FY08 lights and you'll see my video so you can see if you like it before hand!! Yours looks great by the way!!
