I have Icelandic blood & I love the nordics. Currently learning Danish too. as a child I lived in the deep woods and always wanted to live in the city, but now that I’m here I want nothing more than to go back. I feel like the only way I’ll every feel peace and clarity again is if I good back to the woods/mountains. No amount of therapy or medicine will ever ease my mind like connecting to nature and embracing the spirits.

It’s crazy, my ancestors sang songs, raided, traded, worshiped the gods and only cared about dying in battle and awaken at the gates to Valhalla. Me? I’m working in an office in our modern society. What my ancestors did is something you only see in dreams now. This song lets me relive my ancestors memories, and I’m glad to be able to do so. In other words beautiful music 😊
