When the Spirit reveals something to us, it leaves no room for us to act like we did something, because no one is righteous, but we have been given the righteousness of Christ.

For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.” Matthew 7:1-2 In the John 7 passage, Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees and Jewish religious leaders. So, the context is important. He’s also speaking to them within the framework of the law, not the new covenant. There’s no question, Jesus teaches us to not judge things for ourselves, but to rely on the judgements of the Spirit. That’s the point of this video. The Spirit leads in all things.

I think the lord has brought you on my path to help me understand some of the functions of the church that so wound the brethren, fear of man is a curse, yes I would love to share at some stage when I get the right words🤣, God is good, my experience with authority in church is they are never satisfied, the love bombing then when your in, your taught works, 🤣 I see alot of ambition and ego inn church and we know who those attributes take after, but my question is why is it allowed, have a great day my friend and brother in him who is faithful 😊

The Christian story does a good job in both of those areas. How would you encapsulate human brokenness and how to get out of it?

First, let's address the difference between Yahweh in the OT and NT. The arc of human history is one of God moving humanity from a very bad place to a better one. While it may look like Yahweh is more cruel and petty in the OT, He is simply dealing with humanity at a lower level of understanding and spiritual progress. It cannot be understated how diabolic humanity was in ancient times, and what they expected of the god's. Yahweh, to some degree, had to translate Himself into their understanding in order to make first contact, so to speak. We see this most clearly stated through the Prophet Isaiah in Chs. 28-32. Yahweh states plainly that He conceded to their religious desires, because they rejected the Way He desired to come to them.

Next, the idea of Christian Magic and truth beyond the Canonized Bible, also true for Jews. There is much more in sacred Judeo/Christian records than is often included in what some traditions accept as Scripture. So, I agree with you. It's also true that the Church has, in many ways, attempted to sanitize Christianity by downplaying or removing the more miraculous/mystical elements.

To understand the idea of multiple gods in the Judeo/Christian worldview, we must understand what is mean by "gods." Jesus in John 10:34 even refers to humans as "gods." In the most general sense, any being with God qualities was referred to as a god. There is also the Divine Counsel, pointed to in the book of Job, among others, which indicates that angels and other spiritual principalities have status with Yahweh. For humans, any spiritual being higher than them will seem like a god. Hence, the term "gods" can refer to humans, angels, and Yahweh, depending. Yahweh desires to be worshiped above all these other spiritual beings because He is above all, the uncreated Creator. I hope some of this answers some of your questions, and helps. He was the man in the iron mask were two brothers one good one evil. The good one who was the real king ended up in an iron mask. Edward the second where Queen Isabella put a red hot poker inside him. They are brother and sister and Ashura and Ahura. There’s too much to explain but I swear this is true. The creator is the Isaiah 53 suffering servant. He keeps being reincarnated. That’s why it says he was laid to rest with criminals and then it says buried with the rich. That is not the holy spirit. Sounds closer to schizophrenia. The holy spirit. The holy spirit is referred as "he" in the bible. If your "holy spirit" contradicts the Bible even once it's not the holy spirit. Reincarnation isn't biblical. You've created your own God. @@brianladyman6426 Good point. I would make one addition to the definition. Theology is the study of what can be know about God, and what has been revealed by God. But we wouldn’t say about a spouse or child that our relationship consists of “studying” them. We study things about God so that we can know God. Knowing God is not theological. It’s spiritual. Spirit to spirit. 😊

Thank you! I'm sure there are some out there who do care, but those are growing less and less, and even the one's who care are caught in a system of demands and programs that cause them to focus on numbers more than people. So sad what the Church has become in this day and age.

@@LetsTalkChurch yes I have met some beautiful people within the church, but I have seen alot of people in leadership moving in a spirit of pride and ambition, if you dare to even point out anything a person is then classed as a divisive person and rebellious, or if a person leaves they are called backslider, but God did say to Paul "I'll protect you from the jew and the gentile" when I received that scripture, I took it to mean the believer and unbeliever, bless you brother
