I know a little bit about cars, but I don't know enough to understand why you'd invest thousands or tens of thousands of dollars in an engine, just to put it on a DYNO and intentionally destroy your investment. What kind of data are you trying to collect by doing such an expensive experiment?

if u could somehow modify that first gear size to make it lower speed for the weight of the car this would be a perfect swap, or maybe leave the first gear as it is but make a variable diff HIGH and LOW to make it accelerate at the correct RPM from a stop

All it took was seeing a camshaft fail on a dyno for me not to be very near one ever again, it's your choice and some people here are way too close.
