This one is going to be a hard sell due to the odd concept. The moment you enter the house, you have no wow factor. Instead it already leads you to the bedrooms, hence no privacy. And if you enter from the basement, notice the kitchen island is already smack in the centre. Not every family invites people over for meals. Some invite people over to watch TV or chat. This is where you would find this basement design has neglected.
