Ich bin mir bei deinen Vlogs nie so wirklich sicher, ob ich nun traurig oder fröhlich über die frames, die du teilst, die zum Teil sehr persönlich sind, sein soll. Insgesamt überwiegt dann doch das Gefühl der Freude, wenn ich sehe, wie du mit deiner Psyche umgehst. Das wirkt in gewisser Weise inspirierend. Du gibst einem das Gefühl, etwas im Leben zu bewirken bzw. zu ändern. Einen großen Dank zum einen für deinen Mut, über deine Psyche zu sprechen und zum anderen für die berührende Schönheit, die in deinen Vlogs zu fühlen ist. :) GLG

Josie, thank you for your blog that you are trying so hard to keep going. I see it makes you happy and I really like this video format. I want you to choose more often to be happy and leave the past behind and the future untouched, living now. It doesn't matter if you do it consciously or not, I just want you to do it more often. I don't know how correctly I write in English, ha ha, but I hope it didn't come out rude. I am from St. Petersburg in Russia and I myself escaped from the problems of my hometown a year ago. Yes, I took them with me, but I live more freely here. It's funny that when I go back there to visit my parents, I immediately feel bad emotionally. It's okay not to know what to do I want to believe that you will do everything possible to make your life work out the way you want it to. Greetings from St. Petersburg

As someone who was in the abyss for years, it does. You'll have a lot of times where you don't want to keep going, but just take it day by day, hour by hour-with or without a reason-and eventually, things will get better. The happiness you seek isn't a permanent state of being. It's just a feeling-the little bright lights in the darkness, and more importantly, something you can and already have been making for yourself. I see glimpses of it from your trips to the beach, to your walks in the park, to your cooking hangouts with friends. You might not be able to make the pain go away forever, but keep making those good experiences, and eventually the good will crowd out the bad. I'm glad you're here and think it's really inspiring how you share yourself so openly to the world. I can tell you have a really kind soul, and even in the storm that swirls within, you always find a way to make the sun shine through. Ik I'm just some random stranger on the internet and idk exactly what you're going through, but I vividly remember how it might feel so I hope some bit of this helps.

It’s such a German, western thing to go outside and be annoyed there are other people actually existing outdoors like you. I would assume one should be grateful to have other humans experiencing life in that moment as you. This hyper individualism is one other reasons for the loneliness epidemic.
