I learned a lot from this breakdown, but the most valuable takeaway I got was if your movie is going to have a complicated shot in it, give your team _as much time as you can_ to prepare.

Whoever edited this video, seemingly had no idea, and completely failed to check [standard for half-arsed editors] what he was referring to when cited the "constellation" formation in the popcorn, and so just they just decided to zoom in on a random pile of popcorn. The constellation is to the right - and is a motif throughout the film. *slow hand clap for ill-researched content creation*

John 14:2 says - My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? - I think this is related to the magnetic field of the Earth, which hides hidden dimensions. This is relalted to St. Theresa Rapture - I suspect the states of Union and Rapture are related to Limbo. The Holy Spirit brings to mind things I would not have thought of otherwise. And I believe this weapon of spiritual warfare is one of the most effective ways to combat the demonic forces of the adversary all the while leaving the infected hosts unharmed. My dreams was more like Martin Luther King Junior’s dream, positively advocating the Golden Dream of integrating all races into one human race: African, American Indian, Asian, Australian, European, Indian, Melanesian, Micronesian, Polynesian Noah was given the promise of the rainbow. The Norse had the Bifrost. The Greeks had Iris. But the rainbow was multiculturally perceived across the whole world in the color of the seven virtues that existed between Heaven and Earth.❤ The Lord rebuke our pride. The Lord bless our humility. The Lord rebuke our greed. The Lord bless our charity. The Lord rebuke our wrath. The Lord bless our kindness. The Lord rebuke our envy. The Lord bless our patience. The Lord rebuke our lust. The Lord bless our chastity. The Lord rebuke our gluttony. The Lord bless our temperance. The Lord rebuke our sloth. The Lord bless our diligence. Aldous Huxley's philosophy is expressed in The Perennial Philosophy defined by its author as "The metaphysic that recognizes a divine Reality substantial to the world of things and lives and minds." It is true that the Medium is the Message. The nature of the medium -- the channel through which a message was transmitted -- is more important than the meaning of the message. This phase, spoken by Marshall McLuhan, signified his belief that it was the way someone receives information that mattered as much as -- or more than -- the actual information itself. That in turn demonstrated both the power of and the problems with the way the media can shape our understanding. It should be noted that a sudden massive revelation that the Almighty was indeed real all along could be enough to drive some people completely mad, perhaps even entire societies as a whole. It is suggested by some that Nyarlathotep will destroy the human race and possibly the Earth as well. And in Enoch’s case, he is definitely here to announce the end of the world as we know it. But Enoch was here to announce a potential for renewed relationship with the Almighty. It was the End of an Age - not a complete destruction of everything. I suppose to some pessimistic people there would be no difference. So Lovecraft’s dream of Nyarlathotep did indeed seem to be a distorted reflection of my dream of Enoch. Consider Saint Teresa of Avila's distinction between Union & Rapture. I remember reading about it back in 2000. I found her teachings very illuminating. And many Catholic teachers highly regard her. She treats of the difference between Union and Rapture, and explains what a rapture is. She also says something about the good that a soul derives from being, by the Lord's goodness, brought to it. She speaks of its effects: I wish that I could explain, with God's help, the difference between union and rapture, or elevation, or flight of the spirit or transport-for they are all one. I mean that these are all different names for the same thing, which is also called ecstasy. It is much more beneficial than union, its results are much greater, and it has very many other effects as well. Union seems to be the same at the beginning, the middle, and the end, and is altogether inward. But the ends of rapture are of a much higher nature, and their effects are both inward and outward. As the Lord has explained things hitherto, let Him do so now. For if His Majesty had not shown me ways and means of saying something, I certainly should never have found any. Saint Thersa of Avilla had a teaching with was very similar to Origen. The soul, for Origen, is an intellect that has been “cooled” because of sin; a consequence of this cooling is the body hardens and becomes material. It is therefore more accurate to speak of a primordial existence of pure intellects. Calling it “the pre-existence of souls” implies a bodiless pre-existence (this confusion would lead to Origen being accused of teaching the transmigration of souls, and at other times of reincarnation; he taught neither), which further suggests that the body and soul are created separately. But Origen is clear that all creatures, in order to exist, require bodies and cannot be created separately from them. God alone is bodiless or incorporeal; in fact, Origen’s very definition of divinity seems to be: “that which exists bodilessly.” Even angels have bodies, according to Origen, but these bodies are spiritual and immaterial, as human bodies were before the Fall and will be again after glorification. For Origen, “bodily” does not necessarily suggest “material.” The primordial purity of human intellects would have been an embodied yet immaterial existence. (We also see here a glimpse into Origen’s anthropology: our bodies match the purity of our souls: the more spiritual our souls, the more spiritual our bodies. Thus our sanctification in godliness involves and transforms us in every aspect, including the nature of our bodies. Far from a Gnostic body-hating dualism, Origen sees body and soul as profoundly integrated.)

Even many top pro cinematographers are blind to how much production value anamorphic lenses add--when used properly. All that texture in the frame adds gravitas, mystery and beauty to the image that simply amplifies/unifies all the design, lighting and performance elements of a film like Blade Runner. It ain't just ovals, flares and aspect ratios.

I remember I saw the film in a cinema in Canberra, Australia, and from beginning to end, there was not a sound from the audience. I was enthralled by this scene but I am sure there were others, such as the camera going from outside, through a window to the inside of the house. And then there was the rather unsettling sound of leaves rustling in the wind, as I recall, on the day of the funeral. Marvellous, intelligent film-making.
