at time stamp 1.17.23 the answer says C, but I did not think you could add mod 50 to an add-on code ( +64484) so would you instead code 64483-50, 64484 x2, 0231T OR because it is bilateral would it be 64483-50, 64484x4, 0231T?

I'm aware that this is old, but I'm using this as a refresher. Scenario #5, we were told that we could not use 99487 because it was a single physician & not clinical staff. But in scenario #7, 99487 is being picked as the correct answer with only a single physician in the scenario and not clinical staff. That's a little confusing to me.

Love your videos and have learned a lot from them. I'm a little unclear on example 1 and hope you can clarify. The documentation does indicate it was a spontaneous complete abortion, which suggests that all the POC were expelled. However, upon her return to the ED 3 days later, it was found that she still had retained POC. Doesn't that therefore make it an "incomplete spontaneous abortion" requiring us to use O03.1 to explain the retained POC and bleeding? Grateful for any feedback. Again, love your vids, and thanks for making coding easier for us all to understand.
