I'm happy with CarWebGuru paid version on my vertical Android screen. I like the customization ability of the home screen. Takes a little bit to get the hang of it but the more I learned the better I liked it.

Long story really. But in brief it was an absolutely amazing van but it didn’t offer what we think we need for our next big road trip late this year early next so we thought only best to get something that will suit our needs. But we have another VW project coming once we return from Indonesia. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

Your microswitch connection was already repaired... I was curious how to disassemble the factory setup (remove plastic cover on the switch to reveal connections). Finally I just cut the wires and going to solder new connections as you did. Thanks for the vid! These impeller type pumps suck... I mean, they do NOT :-)

i see no reason to stop you using a bigger memory card ( I haven’t tried) the recording process deletes the oldest video on the fly so to speak circular deletion

What's the condition of the van like underneath, every one I've looked at has had welding every year on something or other, are they all rotten?

We no longer have this van but it had been welded underneath. The problem with them is they get parked on grass. We weren’t so worried as the welding did look good. We now have a Ducato Benimar which is much higher off the ground and is immaculate underneath

Thank you for this video and I completely agree with you that there should definitely be an easy mounting and dismounting system for the Lamtto RC12, a system like QUAD LOCK would be perfect. I have already sent Lamtto an email about this issue and hope they will take this seriously. I'm waiting for an answer from Lamtto!

I couldn’t answer your question properly but this what I can tell you the car version of this screen has worked from multiple 12v car cigarette lighters with no issues so you should be fine. But to be 100% maybe contact lamto themselves
