I really like the exaggerated armor, oversized weapons and titanic ships in 40K Warhammer. It's great visuals. And interesting comments on warfare.

We need more like this. This is amazing. My only concern is, with my limited knowledge of lore of 40,000 k is this: I thought Any space marine would be really difficult to kill. These new novice Ultra Marines were killed almost instantly. Please explain.

Firstly, the Ultramarines are not the greatest Astartes. Their damn chanting gives the Emperor a headache. Secondly, while the armor and the motion of the characters in armor are really quite well done…. The faces bring to mind Michael Meyers if someone had finished painting the Shatner mask with matte poster paints. I presume that was caused by limitations of the CGI technology whenever this was originally made? Regardless, excellent upgrade work on one of the few bits of animation GW has not yet locked away behind the Warhammer+ paywall.

Ah, an old favorite... :) I can still watch this and enjoy it. The music, the voice acting, the beautiful scenery and backdrops. Even the weapons sound good (or at least a lot better than in 'Angels Of Death' :D). 👍👍👍👍👍

Bought this when it came out on bluray, have enjoyed watching it several times, the CGI beats a lot of those B movies out there and the voice acting is great. In regards to people not liking it, based on the price of a new bluray ($150) you’d never know that . LOL

It’s like watching a game of second edition. The graphics really let this movie down , they were dated at the time. The voice acting on the other hand was on point.

Yes, it is. It was made under guidance of Games Workshop and the screenplay was written by Dan Abnett himself.

People don't say many good things about this movie, but actualyl i very much enjoy it every time I watch it. Yes, CGI could be better, but the ating is good, the conversations are great, and they story is also good.

The story is trash. A neophyte becomes Company Commander after a single mission. It was about as lore breaking as it got. I do agree though the acting was good but the actors involved are all good and veteran actors so I'd expect nothing less.

i remember people talking badly about this movie but after watching it for the first time I can't say I feel any negative emotion towards it, voice actors did great and overall its a fun piece of 40k media :)

Bought this the day it was released, this must be my 19th or 20th time watching it - and it's just as brilliant as the 1st time - who doesn't get chills when we see the Thunderhawk for the 1st time, especially when the Land Speeder emerges!

“IF” you plan on playing table top , get a 3-D printer and/or buy someone’s army , much cheaper. I have 3 armies, Grey Knights ( I bought a huge army for apocalypse games) , Dark Angels that I sold my Chaos SMs to start , and a small army of Necrons I traded about 1000 points of Grey Knights for …. And I still have no OG 1st run Grey Knights from 92 that were released for the first time in a white dwarf.
