yeh kaun bataega tum temporary basis par ho. It’s not worth it at all in the long run. Tumhe abhi acha lag raha hoga because young logon ko lagta hai. Saare kaam assitant professors ko karne padte hain temporary walon ko for mere 40k whereas people in permanent positions get 1.5 lakhs around and woh temporary walon se kaam karate hain. 😂😂

U are true, only science faculties are earning good amount even more than the government professors. Scope for other subjects in terms of salary is very poor. Commerce professors are getting 40000 to 50000 per month with 10 years plus experience in the cities like Bangalore. Now a days phd is made compulsory indirectly by giving more point as compared NET/KSET qualified professors. No growth in this profession except reputed institutions like IIM/IIT.
