There’s no way this 6255 makes 900 hp on a 2.0t motor like it’s recommended for , when Garrett’s 3576 , 62/55 is rated for 750 hp and doesn’t really ever get close to that on a 2.0t , and this is a copied version of their g series , like a g30-900 I believe , but I just don’t see them making 900hp ever on anything 4cyl ? Really nice turbos but I feel like these turbos should be advertised with more realistic hp numbers on the tail of the model ..

I'm running this same manifold on my 2000 hyundai accent with hyundai g4gc swap. Just notched out the bolt holes and port matched the runners. fits mint!

There was a Chap in Queensland who did the original development on the twin cam head . Pretty sure he did his best 2 sell his development 2 Ford Australia 🇦🇺 They turned him down & the Rest his history as they say 😅

Hi there, I’m running 2 g35-1050 low mounted turbos with 180ml sumps on the turbos and all 10an hose and fittings. From what I can see the turbos oil feed rate is 1-2 l/m and the pump is 8 l/m. Will the pump be running dry and aerating if the pump is trying to physically push more oil than it’s being fed? I have breathers on both turbo sumps so the pump won’t be pulling oil through the core. Street car too. Do you have videos of how noisy it is when it’s working?

Hi i have recently purchased the 180-cc SBC assembled heads for my 350, I'm doing a complete cam and head upgrade and these heads were recommended to me by a very reputable engine builder. Cam is a comp cams with 490/490 lift, my question is, will i need to replace the springs or will they suite?

they wouldn't fit a VE as wouldn't pass the power steering pump on SSV, on a large turbo T6 not enough flow be an issue with spooling up, the only way to get the best set up and flow is build your own or pay killa boost $3600 which is a total rip off

Thought it was great in my old patrol. Driving slow in low range i thought its not good for an air to air. But guess put a thermo fan on it . But now i got a 300 series and they come out with water to air stock.

Hi, the t4 split pulse aeroflow 4 bolt manifold, when its installed with a borg efr 9174, does the p steer reservoir on fg need to be relocated for the 4 inch turbo inlet to fit? This is quite a big issue that adds alot of extra cost and custom work, so if you can clear this up it would be great. Thanks

The twin setup is terrible ! You can’t feed 1 bank into the back of the other bank you end up with major hot spots. 1 bank ends up way hotter than the other. Cross over needs to feed into the turbo flange. Aerofail !

I’m in the planning stages of a twin turbo setup for my Honda v6. The locations of the turbos don’t allow for proper drain back. In my head I’m thinking of routing both drains to a 1 liter reservoir and running the pump off of that back to the engine. What are your thoughts on this? My main concern is potentially running the pump dry.

That all sounds fine however you may need to look for a time delayed relay. That way you can set the pump to power up a few seconds after the car starts.

so these 3 part numbers are the correct numbers for both manifolds and crossover pipes to suit VE/VF commadore single turbo setup? AF8200-1005 + AF8200-1010 + AF8200-1000?

Yes that's correct, then if you require it we also have the twist mount adapter to mount a T4 or 40 frame V-band turbo AF8210-2000 or AF8270-2000

I have a v8 audi s4 thatvi want to turbo..Can you tap into the factory coolant lines and use like a "Y" shaped fitting to run a -12n hose to the side mount? Or do i need to purchase the heat exchanger.. and if i need the heat exchanger does that get rid of my radiator or just sit in front of

You can utilise the factory cooling system however it will be much less efficient than a stand-alone system since the water/coolant will be already at regular engine operating temperature - and that is generally higher than ambient temp. We would recommend using a heat exchanger and yes you need to mount it in a location that has air flow

The flanges finish basically in line with the front of the block, so how you fabricate from there will depend on clearance.

Is the outer dimension of the dump pipe 3.5? I have a g35-900 with the 3.5 outlet just wanna make sure it fits

The Dump pipe utilises the flange to match anything from Garrett's G25, 30 & 35 range so it will bolt up no problem at all

Hi there, no not all of them have the bypass. It depends on the original application requirement. We do have a chart in our catalogue that shows which models do or don't have the bypass. If you have a hard copy its page 99 or you can view/download it on the website.

Good video. I have a Holset H1C with an HX35 intake . Do you have a bag that will fit ?. It is on a 1991 Cummins 1st gen deisel.

There's always pro's and con's for both but generally we find water to air is more consistent at most Ambient temperatures

I've seen reviews on this manifold that say low - mid is terrible and say it purses which lead to cracking around welds because the sheet metal is too thin I'm not sure thats right, Hogan sheet manifold uses the same thinkness sheet and we know how good they are, all these manifolds holley, plasmaman, BTR all lose low - mid hp and torque, I've got 1 and I'm boosting it so not sure if its an issue my engine is a stroked 427 with 98mm turbo I'm not expect to get anything over 15-20lbs, I got mine because I couldn't afford the big dollar intake, I'm now at the $46k for parts so far and my budget isn't limitless once engine and turbo is at the turn key I may save for a holley or BTR manifold, Aeroflow usually make good quality parts so we shall see

Thanks Chevy, there's a lot of people that get carried away with all this low down stuff when realistically no one is racing their car at 2000rpm. We have multiple gears for a reason! Shift up or down!

Hi travis, for sure there are similarities but that is going to happen when you are trying to put the same thing, in the same location, in the same vehicle! Only a couple of ways to go about it. I’m going to be doing a turbo setup in my son’s 2004 Silverado AWD regular cab and this manifold looks like a nice option and will save me a TON of work. I actually wanted to have my manifold copied so I did have to make them anymore. I did another one for a guy with a gto also. Btw, that beat up down pipe was replaced by a 4” oval pipe that looks and flows much better. Thanks for the reply!

Hi Have a 250 X-Flow Head . It may have come off the 3.3 ltr Ford 6 cylinder. As its the only Ford Head of that era that came out with Shrouded Valves . And no it's not 4 Sale . Want 2 also build a 250 X-flow up Turbo 4 a F150 .

So is basicly the same you still need an extra radiator in front of your car... i will stick to air to air intercooler and shot it with some nos to cool it down if i want to drag race.. zero beneficial from doing this conversion for daily driving cars

Yes and no, the water to air is going to give you a much more consistent intake air temperature and the required area for the heat exchanger is generally smaller than an effective air to air cooler. Air to Air is definitely easier and less complicated to setup though

Have a look a Julian Edgar videos on running the water pump based on throttle position. When in no to low boost the pump does not run so the water sits in the front radiator staying cool until you hits the throttle then the pump starts & hits the cooler with cold water.

Would like to see testing of particulate filtration-paper vs oiled filters. No point getting a few extra horsepower if you need a rebuild after a few years due to dirt ingress.

The reason I'm down this rabbit hole: I have a '77 Datsun 620 and I refuse to fit a hideous front mount IC and ruin the looks of that classic face; but the KA24DE-T needs efficient cooling!
