Always a killer tone - I’ve been trying to replicate it for some time. Have you tried out The Mutt pedal by Utilitybeltfx? If so, do you have any thoughts on it?

If anyone's watching this in 2024, just tune to drop D and capo normally on the 2nd fret. Tone is spot-on, playing is great, but 5 string capoing is just asking for problems, especially if you're playing live. It's not too hard to bar 3 strings for those I-V-VIII power chords for the outro chorus either.

Ah, so that’s how Tom plays the chorus…he’s so back in the mix on the chorus that you can barely hear it. Cheers LittleRed

Just went to the blink concert last night in NYC and they were FUCKING AMAZING. What caught my ear is Tom plays the 2nd Verse to “Dammit” differently than what we know. It starts around from “a day late, a buck short…” if you listen to any of the 2024 live performances. Really caught my ear and is so catchy especially being they lack some of the backing rhythm guitar pieces you can’t get outside the studio. If you haven’t listened, it would be awesome if you did and could also maybe cover a live performance using that pattern he does! Thanks man, been following you for almost 10 years and there’s no better blink fan on KZfaq than you.

One of my all time favourite blink-182 tracks, seeing Tom NAIL it live earlier in the year when they were on their Australian tour - it was incredible. Beautiful finish on the guitar man, I wish red was an official colour to choose from!
