I was addicted to heroin for the best part of 8 years drank alcohol daily and used cocaine aswell I’m lucky to be alive After a few overdoses I nearly lost a leg I was in a real bad place. I’m now 3 weeks clean and still recovering and have symptoms of withdrawal it’s hard to meditate when your mind is racing 200mph and your body is having hot and cold sweats but I still try to meditate as it’s always been something I enjoyed weather under the influence or not but now I’m clean reality has hit me hard I messed up a lot of relationships and cause so much pain… I have to keep reminding myself that was the old me these videos are great thank you so much
