Thanks. I really enjoyed listening to this video. Soluble fiber for the win! :o) Most people on the low vitamin A diet find it’s best not to rush into a lot of whole grains and beans. When your body is ready, these staples on the diet are embraced. Proceed slowly with beans and grains to be sure you can digest them well. Pressure cooked beans, rolled oats, barley, sunfiber, psyllium husk, apples, bananas, are the best sources of soluble fiber. The recommended daily intake of soluble fiber is 30 grams. But some people need way less than that. ½ cup of cooked beans has approximately 5 grams of soluble fiber. 1 cup of cooked beans has 10 grams of soluble fiber. 1 ½ cup of cooked beans has 15 grams of soluble fiber. 2 cups of cooked beans has 20 grams of soluble fiber. 3 cups of cooked beans has 30 grams of soluble fiber. Dr. Garrett Smith talks at 02:25 in the Love Your Liver Livestream 138, why it's not a good idea to go over 30 grams of soluble fiber a day. That observation comes from him and Karen Hurd. Also, in the Love Your Liver Livestream 116 at 01:48 Dr. Smith talks about the maximum amount of daily soluble fiber according to him and Karen Hurd. Dr. Garrett Smith is a true gem in this world. Karen Hurd is great too, she just hasn't figured out about vitamin A toxicity yet. Megan Stevens has many great articles at her "Eat beautiful blog" about a low vit A, low copper diet. Elwin Robinson did three great interviews with Dr. Smith recently, check them out too. Blessings.

Im obviously running through your videos. I appreciate your perspectives as well as your work on return to the land. Heard about you from Pete Quinones. I like how you approach this casually and are in a state of learning while also remaining confident in what you've learned through experience and such so far. There's a bunch of inside baseball to the state of the Catholic Church. I'm Catholic and most would consider be a traditionalist. That means I believe the establishmed doctrine, it also i believe the Marian apparitions which are approved. Mary has repeatedly come to tell the world to so penance and repent with increasingly dire warnings. There are plenty of personal revelations which have suitable veracity and even prophecy from saints - modern saints, even - which support this. It is an age of confusion and we shouldn't expect less from Satan. It will pass, but that isn't to erase the tragedy. Not to convince you but to inform you of the inside perspective.

I agree it is very tiring to hear people on their religious rambles, especially when it's clear they are seeing what they want to see...it's so crucial to parse out all the details, because the devil really is in the details. The well is poisoned, the pure water muddied. "Sounds true" is same as rat poison, 99% desirable + 1% death = Death I won't name names here, but all the dominations are false. Religious spirit is wicked. It's about walking as Yahusha walked, having the same works as he did. This includes not exploiting animals. Also studying things for one's self, because "he who trusts in man is cursed" "they have taught their tongues to teach lies, each one deceives his neighbor, walking utterly in slander".. people believe all kinds of falsehoods and don't know the difference. Repentance experiences like going "vegan" (garden-diet) are required to understand the depth of one's misperceptions. There are lots of factors that affect one's perspective, including eating flesh or not. I would recommend that you look into Bates method/sungazing for a new repentant experience for yourself. Human bodies are meant to work a lot better than most have been led to believe. You could probably leave off the lenses with a new eyecare routine, unless your skull bone geometry was suboptimal in such a way to prevent that. I see this as someone with really crooked teeth and a recessed chin, yet perfect eyesight. That is to say, it's a mixed bag and never one-size-fits-all. I would say that all the IQ and mental health talk is largely cut from the same cloth as the Pharmakeia cult of death. It helps some people to cope with a false system. There should be no peace at all, really, in a world that perversely abuses animals. Consider my words in the context that I judge you a bit for speaking of pharmakeia while wearing glasses, which is almost always the sign of someone who doesn't investigate first principles.

I wrote this beautiful comment that somehow glitched away (...of course that's a matter of perspective) But the gist of it is that the further of one is from self responsibility the weaker his intelligence muscle becomes due to less decision making since something "external" is doing it for him or her. The trippy part is who really is the stupid one. The one who doesn't know he's stupid. Or the one who can see stupidity and do nothing about it. (I'm not saying anyone is stupid by the way). I think it's all just a matter of luck.

@@PeterCsere intellect is power... the perspective/mindset that allows one to see how to change reality. With the right driver, all working vehicles can reach the same destination. Not to say it's your responsibility to change others. But if we had the intellect to change people for the better, I'm sure we would because we want to live in a better world. For the record, I'm not calling you stupid. But, stupidity shows us our limitations in our intellect as much as it shows the limitation in others.

Racism as a term needs to be dealt with. As you point out, the term is used as a bludgeon against white people. But the approach of "actually racism isnt a big deal, i am one" or "you can wear it as a badge of honor" is not a winning strategy as its not appealing to normal people. And it doesnt do anything to turn the tables on the people who have been using terms like racism as a way to attack whites. In this video you even suggest "if you push it toward genoice" setting up your own racial views on a spectrum with genocide. You should not make the difference between your views and genocide as a matter of degrees rather than categorically incompatible.

It is important to remember that studies on the demographics of religion in the US show that Pagans of any stripe are only between .5% to 1% of the total US population <depending on definitions and region> and that traditionalist /reconstructionist Pagans are a very small percentage of that small number of people under the wider pagan umbrella. That you even see the amount of and sub-type of pagans you describe showing up is pretty extraordinary when you take that into account.

Good advice on not to narrow down too much on the requirements for admission. To get too picky could be the result of subconscious sabotage from avoidant personality disorders. The person makes it harder to get people in their life by becoming extra detailed about who gets in. A similar thing happens with single guys who enjoy the freedom and comfort of a wifeless life too much. They get overly picky and make excuses to reject potential partners. This is a weakness of the later generations.

Your braver than me with no codes. If you move to Thayer, it's 75 miles or so to Mountain Home Arkansas which is still small but the closest thing to a real city with things like car dealerships, clean resturants & such. If there is anything AT ALL you like about civilization/cities, you will not last long out here.

I understand your criticisms of this part of the country, but not everyone from out of state is a feminine cityboi who needs a Starbucks on every corner. Some people actually prefer living in rural areas. By the way, we are bringing jobs here, so don't worry about that ;-) I don't dine out often, so, I don't use "quality of local restaurants" as a criteria to decide where to live. That sounds like something that somebody from Seattle would care about. Yes, there is almost nothing that I like about modern cities. I've lived in rural areas for most of the years of my life.
