Surprisingly i had to clear a double feed for a weapon test with an armed security company, the instructor got upset w/ me because i wouldnt tap, and pull the slide but instead drop my mag, pull my slide and re inserted the mag. Obvious double feed why waste time, best to do your video, plus im strong jn the hands that mag is inserted without a doubt

I know Harris is likely to be in support of some restrictive gun laws that I may disagree with. But I don't put one amendment over the others, I am no absolutist. Have friends and family I deeply care for, see rhetoric that I feel puts them in the crosshairs and I know that no amount of firearms or the 2A will protect them, instead other laws and Rights must be affirmed before the 2A for them. That is as much as I will say, I gotta vote on the entire picture. I will still push and struggle in primaries and to local politicians to recognize the right to self-defense across all political parties.

I plead guilty to a dv charge knowingly assault causing injury- 1stly they told me it was wrecklessly causing harm but since they had the wrong code they literally changed it right there after I accepted the plead. Then I was called and accepted the plead. I also told the prosecutor I didn't understand a thing going on I'm literally hallucinating from getting off a 12hr night shift. 70 hrs a week. I literally said idk I'll flip a coin and she said it was tails take the plead so I did. They did not tell me I would be permanently banned from owning a fire arm!! I restored all rights including guns per the judge. I confirmed over phone court about 7x's yet when I recieved court doc in mail he didn't check the box but he said. Went to correct it and he said I was permanently banned. I did make him aware I had him on audible file saying I did but he said nope. It's about what's on blk and white paper! This was a 2015 case! I've been jumped once, two knives pulled out in me, one gun pulled out on me, and I'm pretty sure this other at a car wash was going to pull out on me but his friend stopped him. I need my damn rights. I just live in A bad area anyways. We need this overturned it ain't fair At all. Also: my then girl was drunk breaking everything, yelling at me, taking my belongings because I calmly broke up with her..... I called 911 after like an hr of her nonsense and simply asked them to remove her..... I went to jail cause she hurt herself running out the house with my jewelry! And cause I gave chase!

Congrats John!!!!! Back in 2019, I was at 222lbs and I was tired of carrying the extra weight around and felt like crap. I needed a change. I started keto and lost 60lbs in 3.5 months. I felt amazing ample energy, better focus and lower grocery bill(haha). Every once in a while, I'll rotate from keto to eating carbs, but limit them to healthier carbs and I try to steer away from junk food. Keep up the great work!!!! John, you look great! I gave up alcohol, sugar and went plant based. Started riding my bike 7 days a week and now at 58, I’m healthier than my 20s. Cardio metabolic fitness is the most important aspect of fitness. Keep it up!

I lost 50 lbs, from 230 to 180 and it's amazing how much better everyday activities feel. My feet stopped hurting, my knees stopped hurting. It's been three years and I'm not going back. The lighter your body is, the less food it demands and you're not as hungry as often. I think that's been why I've been able to keep the weight off. I'm similar height to John, for reference.
