It’s in Loomis, so a safer area with better schools locally and then it’s more of a country/small town vibe. Then most homes there tend to have acreage and you’re away from the suburbs/city life but not too far from amenities either

I did move out of Cali to Texas but now I’m back. Weather sucks, property taxes are high and there isn’t enough infrastructure. Cali isn’t that bad.

Yes the home with the garage attached as well it’s included in the sqft, now regarding a steam option that I wouldn’t know. Id have to speak with the builder
