Probably should have been. It’s about what happens to initiate the hit. In this case he does look like he left the ice before making contact but I can also see how that would have been missed. IMO those are plays you out the whistle away on but I wouldn’t have been overly upset if stars had gotten a penalty on that

Hopefully that’s the last we have to see of chytil. Rempe and Edstrom need to play. And play real minutes. kakko, trouba, and gus should also be scratched. Roz and Wennberg too if we had another couple of Canadians to throw into the forward lineup. Sadly we don’t. The cats have 13 canucks to our 5 (if and when we dress Rempe, 4 last night). That’s why the cats are for sure winning this series. From a beleaguered rags fan.
