Pasting is the probem here. The solution I have found is to hit CTRL V, and then it magically appears. Am curious if there is another (easy) way, but this works anyway.

Hi all, I've seen some comments that this doesn't work. I've confirmed as of July 2024, it does work in Google Chrome so I've updated the guide to reflect that 👍

Outlook won't allow me to paste an email address into the "To" box. What a piece of junk!

No longer works. Was too straight forward and intuitive, so naturally MS destroy it and replace it with a load of convoluted nonsense.

(Cut= ctrl + x) (Copy=ctrl +C) may work. Even though it is easier to just stop using outlook...they are making it difficult to use...they want you to purchase their office 365. The cost of using the internet is increasing to the point we'll return to faxing.

Nice concept, but 2 points: 1) This creates a meeting, not a calendar event. It expects you to invite someone. 2) Only works if your emails are viewed as separate messages. It appears not to be available if email view option is set for seeing emails in conversations.

For point 1, do you know a way to disable inviting everyone? I find that very annoying. Or, how to create a calendar event for myself instead of a meeting for everyone?

This does not delete ALL the emails from before that date though, only the ones in view. If you go back and search those dates again more emails will show up that have not yet been deleted from the step before.

@@kosh2001 - CAN'T REMEMBER EXACTLY HOW I DID IT BUT APPARENTLY THE SYSTEM WAS UPDATE BY MR SOFTY WHICH WIPED OUT THE WAY IT USED TO WORK SO I SEARCHED SOME OF THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS AND FOUND A SELECTION FOR PASTING ITEMS AND I TURNED THE BUTTON TO ON AND IT NOW WORKS AS IT DID BEFORE. HOPE THIS HELPS. .

If sender mark DL in CC .. sender also received copy of mail in inbox How to stop duplicate mail. Even sender also part of DL list, sender should not receive same mail. Pls guide
