Why does the F7 chord include a d instead of C?

I have a problem with the Gflat that was used in that chord. Why was that flat there? That's not apart of the scale. Can someone please exsplains this???????

Thanks for this video I learned something today and it is quite simple to understand. For sheet music it is easy to transpose from F# to F, B to Bb and Db to D and Gb to G just by switching sharps and flats as the notes on the staff remain the same.
