I have done this exact same thing but my new battery now slides left and right, do I need a wider battery? The new one was recommended by the local battery shop. Thanks

If it’s bigger the original battery I think you must change it in the shop and buy exactly the same battery in size and capacity!

The intake or air filter box does not need to be removed at all. Disconnect the battery terminals and the battery can simply be removed after loosening the front screw with the plate facing upwards.

First thanks for the Tutorial. You make it look easy so that i want to do it also. Second It would be nice to start the video with a short text that says what tools are needed for this video. (Tools needed in this Video: ....) Third im sure you needed to buy those spare parts. maybe a link to the shop would be good, you could also link it as a affiliate and get comissions. Fourth Maybe a video on "How to find the right spare parts for your vehicle" would be a good video. Anyways thx alot for your video it will help me!

Hi, Brilliant video if you install the 80AH - 800A, would this be ok? whats the benefit? assuming this will need programming if compatible? currently my car is 70AH - 720A amazon are doing the Bosch S5A08 - 70A/h - 760A - assume this doesnt need programming and straight swap?

Hi ! If you install a 80Ah current 70Ah it’s recommended to programming it! This is the original recommendation! But I think you will have no space to install a bigger battery! I have this problem once! Thank you 😊

The car is same but it’s with different extras .there is two types ,one with 70Ah and one with 80Ah

I have a 2018 bmw x1 sdrive that needs a battery replacement, so what your telling me is that as long as the new battery is the same voltage as the old one , I DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER THE NEW BATTERY? Because if so that would save me money. Hope you can reply! Very helpful video as I will be doing this tomorrow !

Hi ! The voltage is 12V in every car ! You must install the same capacity ( the Ah ) if you have 70Ah battery install 70Ah !then you don’t need to program it or coding! Like I have do on the Video! If you have 80Ah then install 80Ah !

Hi! I bought the exact same MANN filter as you have in your video. Similarly, it is smaller than the original and doesn't fit as well as the original. From the video, it seems you kept this filter. Could you share your experience? Have there been any problems using this filter?

Hi ! Yes this is the only filter I have found! It’s not 100% the same but if you push it little it will be fit on round inside! Otherwise you must buy the original filter ! I will do a upgrade about this case
