Great Analogy. A very good justification for empowering employees, rather than making them dependent on you.

well said and pointed out! I definitely dig the 8th top mistake and how to apply it in a reversal way to sync in trans with human psychology to approach and implement a self developed belief to succeed and reach a better path.

I read The Master Coach a few weeks ago, and I had more than one epiphonal moment about what I wanted to do with my career. When I finished, I read the book again. I've never done that with any book before, ever. For someone who is a supervisor and have always wanted to help people, I embarrassingly had no idea what coaching was or how to be a better coach. I do now, and it all "clicked" with me that coaching is the part of my job that I enjoy the most, that gives me the most energy, and that I am suited to do. Thank you, Gregg.

Hi. 🙂 Please, let us pray together. Dear God who art in heaven hallow be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever in Jesus Christ's name we pray amen.
