Margaret. I'm not sure if you'll ever read my comment, but I am still going to post it. Lately, I have developed an interest in knowing if the old ways that I was taught to believe are true, but now that I know the truth, a big part of me is crushed inside, but at the same time, I'm elated. I was brought up rough and very much brain washed. I was always led to believe that no woman could ever become as smart as a man. However, the truth is that most of you all are much smarter then men, and that tripped my guilt button. When I seen that picture of you when you were very young, I thought, wow! There's no way that one of my former girlfriends was that smart. You look almost exactly like a girl I was in love with when I was a very young teenage. You were so beautiful, and yet, at the same time, incredibly smart. A genius. I think you're a benevolent soul, and I'd make you young again if I had the power to do it. If I were growing up and you and I were exactly the same age, wow, I can just see myself now trying to find clever ways to trick you into falling in love with me, but I don't think you would've been tricked so even if we would've ended just being friends, that would've been awesome. I would try to date though. lol. Margaret. People are fighting back the wrong way. There's nothing wrong with utilizing everything we can to work towards fixing this world and ridding it of mutants and evil ones who don't even know the meaning of the word compassion. You were fortunate enough to have developed amazing technology that wasn't used to kill people. In fact, you saved lives, and nothing can beat that. I support anything that made you happy in your life because you are a saver of them. Unfortunately, we have the Mr. Putin type who uses technology to work evil, and he brings even more torment to our world. No I'm not perfect, but my dream has always been about experiencing good feeling without bringing consequence to self and/or others later. Yeah. How? Anyway, (I apologize for the long comment), we should get rid of the mutants in the world. My senses tell me that they are creature of torment. That should be the goal of developing technology. I actually do not like, nor do I agree with the curse of torment. Margaret, even if it's just an act of protest, we should be doing everything we can to stop torment on our planet. I'm a dynamic human being. I'm never going to be set in my ways. There have been times when I had the wrong thoughts inside my head, but I always try to get away from that, and to become a person who serves the purpose of making everything better for us here, and I'd even do it for our afterlife too. I don't have the solution, but if I ever get the opportunity to do it, I will, I promise you, I will work diligently to find it. BLESS YOU MARGARET HAMILTON. Best regards, Tim.

The USSR won the space race. Here are the achievements of the USSR: the first artificial satellite (1957), the first animal in space (1957), the first photographs of the far side by the Moon (1959), the first man in space (1961), the first woman in space (1963) G.), the first spacewalk (1965), the first landing of a spacecraft (1966), the first landing of a spacecraft on another planet (Venus) (1970), the first space station (1971), the first landing of a spacecraft on Mars (1971). Sergei Korolev, a supporter of a man landing on the moon, died in 1966, and after that Glushko, appointed general designer of the Soviet space program, decides to stop work on manned lunar programs, since he was a principled opponent of flights to the moon and advocated the creation of orbital near-earth stations for defense goals. The USSR did not begin to land a man on the moon, as it was not economically feasible. The USSR decided that it was much cheaper to send automatic lunar interplanetary stations and self-propelled vehicles remotely controlled from Earth, which was done by the USSR later. Americans spent $ 28 billion from 1960 to 1973 on the Apollo program. Thus, the USSR was able to master the Moon, much more economically and efficiently than the United States. Therefore, the lunar race was also won by the USSR. You can also compare the total number of successful space launches from 1957 to 1991: the USSR - 2298, the USA - 945. The USSR has 2.43 times more than the USA. In general, in all respects, the USSR bypassed the United States. The main winner is humanity! The space race has spurred the development of science, technology and industry. But the main factor in the growth of living standards is the development of fundamental science. The highest growth in labor productivity was in the 50s. Also, high growth was noted in the 60s and 70s. These are the years of the space race. Now the growth of labor productivity is 3 times less than in the 50s.

The Abort interface was directly triggering the separation of stages, the AGC could not prevent it; there was no information on the channels which were allowing the AGC to communicate with the LGC which was allowing the AGC to allow or inhibit the separation of stages; all the LETABORT bit was doing was to allow the AGC to switch from the descent program to the ascent program; it means that, if the LETABORT bit was reset, if the spurious signal had triggered the separation of stages, the AGC would have continued to control a descent engine which had in fact separated from the ascent stage.
@pascalxavier33673 жыл бұрын
Do you know that this modification could only prevent from switching to the ascent program, but it could not prevent the separation of stages!
@solox58533 жыл бұрын
what do u mean?
@pascalxavier33673 жыл бұрын
@@solox5853 I mean that the technical documentation of the lunar module shows that the abort interface was directly triggering the separation of stages. It's not just the fact that the abort interface would have warned the AGC, and then the AGC would then have controlled the separation of stages, it is not this way it was working. The abort interface had a direct access to the interface controlling the separation of stages; the AGC was just warned that the separation of stages had been ordered, but it had no way to prevent it; in the channels which were allowing the AGC to communicate with the LGC (it is the LGC which was physically controlling the lunar module), there was no bit allowing the AGC to prevent the separation of stages. In the program concerning the processing of the abort, the AGC just switches to the ascent program in case of abort, but it does nothing to prevent this separation, for the simple reason that it just couldn't.
@pascalxavier33673 жыл бұрын
That was also meaning that it was impossible to abort the mission if it was not possible to land on the moon.
