Hey, note about Logan:, I am sad that you didn't mention the fact that Logan was getting married to another girl, while he was having an affair with Rory. ( Talking about A year in a life) It really shows that he in fact did not change. He was always going to do what is in the best interest for his stuck up family, and push Rory around. That whole thing kind of left me sad. It shows that they didn't evolve as people as much. Rory is "the other woman" again, and he is still a snob. Sad sad sad 😢

I just wish the Rachel storyline hadn’t so dominated the entire series.

If this show used better resources like an Evil company (Triad) or new organizations declaring war on supernaturales worldwide using dangerous magical objects like Papa tundes blade or phoenix stone like in order to not get humillated by Hope, a dark golem eating humans to abduct vampires, wolves and witches in to a dark purgatory (using an actual actor from the begining not a cheap costume) and psycothic Necromancer cult spreading killings to gain power (with better make up and introduced properly) you got good villains for at least 2 - 3 seasons even returning Klaus enemies like The Hollow and Aurora for subplots EVEN DARK JOSIE is an useful writing resource. Remove all this teenage dumb storylines and focus in a horror plot and some serious drama and you got a decent show.

I don’t love Lorelai and can’t understand why others do. I really dislike that they portray her as such a great woman when she’s so self centered, didn’t allow Rory to be anything less than perfect or to live by her expectations, she never communicated anything directly, just blew up and expected everyone to abide by her tantrums. She didn’t have much respect for anyone and she constantly acted like a kid, specially emotionally, and it’s perfectly understandable do to her life’s story but then just actually act like she struggles with the messes she constantly causes, no that she’s entitled to make them.

I feel like one of my only issues with Emma is just the way OCD is portrayed, which really rubs me the wrong way. The best example I can remember of her exhibiting an OCD symptom that wasn't the stereotype of cleaning was when she mentioned dating some guy and then 2 weeks later Versace was dead. I feel like alot of Hosie shippers are hating on Handon for all the wrong reasons. As a Handon shipper Im still very upset that the show focused so much on Hope's Obsession with Landon. I really wanted him to have that kind of connection with her to like Damon and Elena. But the writers had to keep ruining it by killing of Landon so many times and ruining Hope in his absence. Handon forever because they are so cute together but I hate the f*king writers for ruining it so MANY times now. (Also btw Hosie shippers how can you say Hope and Josie would be better together? They barely had any screen time without Lizze there and they were always on a mission or something. Just saying this because most of y'all are toxic to ships like Handon soo.)

I think Logan not only mirrors Christopher but Rory as well in both good and bad. However, I don’t think that’s a good thing. While her downfall isn’t entirely his fault, he was also incredibly passive during it. I think later Jess (and a little early Jess if they fleshed out his background and character more) is best because whole they do have the same interests, he’s also able to challenge her and be the only one to firmly call her out while standing his ground. He never really seemed to fall for her “oh poor me” shtick but remained respectful of her

1:14:10 The thing is, the reason the town didn't like him is because he actively vandalized things, got into fights, and caused trouble throughout the town. They WERE welcoming when he first arrived. With the whole Lorelai and Sookie throwing him a welcoming party and making him food. It was only after he refused any sort of welcoming and caused trouble that the town really stopped trusting him. We get it, he's a troubled kid. But the town's reaction was still pretty normal and justified.

Maybe season 3 was better overall than 4, but the Ravens championship episode followed by the one of the hospital, are maybe the best of the whole series. And although the series as a whole had a great OST, the song from La Rocca in Ep 10, Revelations from Audioslave and Heartbeats from Jose Gonzalez in ep 9....and finally Lightning Crashes from Live on the climax of the season....10/10 all those moments.

I am a massive GG fan, Rory was my age as the show was running. I liked the season 7.

The Necromancer was the only good part about legacies. Loved him. Sadly writers never realized what a great character he is. Hope & Landon were annoying as hell, especially Landon made the show unwatchable. Legacies downfall was writers obsession with Landon / Aria. Aria isn’t a good actor. He played all the characters the same, hence why they all failed.

A bit of fanfictiony speculation trying to make the most of inconsistent writing. Santana's father's financial situation and career seriously improved within Santana's lifetime. Maybe when she was little he was still in med school or residency, and not making the kind of money an actual doctor would. So she remembers living hand to mouth in West Lima Heights but had more freedom to express herself, before the family started more money and moved to a nicer area. . Once her father was out of residency and started making serious money, there was more pressure to be be 'presentable' and fit in with her new mostly white and pretty conservative peer group for both her own sake and her family's reputation. Out with being a tomboy, in with ballet. It would also explain how she claims she used to be bullied, if she was formerly poor kids could've been cruel about it when they first moved. This would also explain why Santana is spoiled, her parents wanted to make sure she could have everything she wanted that they couldn't give her before, and that they grew up without.

i know this is old and no one probably cares at this point, but the directors who worked on this did work on other shows garnered towards young kids. So even though it makes sense why the show was still the way it is, it's stille badly made when you consider the adult jokes and adult aspects the show still had like the character Chasity being very sexual and the swearing.

I loved Peyton and always will. The scene where Jake comes to help her when she's having her substance issues makes me cry every time. I also loved her compassion towards Anna when she was struggling with her sexuality - when I first saw that storyline I was realising I was bisexual but struggling and I loved the representation

As a long-time Rachel Berry fan, I appreciate this nuanced take on her character. Is she obnoxious? Yes. Is she cruel at times? Hell yes. Does she deserve all the hate she gets? Certainly not. I know I'm late to this party, but it's nice to see someone appreciate Rachel for being the well-written character that she is. There's a lot of depth to what can seem to be a fairly shallow personality, and I like that you point out the effects of being an only-child held up to high standards. She was literally raised for competition and she doesn't know a different way of interacting with her peers. She struggles throughout the show to find connection, and even when she does, she's so socially awkward that she often fumbles the bag. In a lot of ways, her story is a tragedy. Thank you for taking the time to shine a little starlight Rachel's way!

This is a pretty good video, but you started repeating yourself a lot in the music and storytelling sections That can happen when editing, but yeah idk the script could’ve been tighter. It was always unclear to me if the writers knew how horrible Rory had become. I can always forgive Rory's behavior in high school because she's young, she didn't know how to break up with Dean without hurting his feelings or realizing that was impossible, and she had a good relationship with Jess. If the show ended after she graduated highschool, I would have assumed that she would have acknowledged her mistakes in high school and grown from them. Unfortunately, the show kept going which is when I gave up on Rory.

How could anyone possibly think that Jess is a good person when , in the party in Kile’s parents house , he force Rory to have sex against her will, which was the reason for the fight between Dean and Jess? Come on, a guy who doesn’t respect a No from a girl in the first place will never be a good person. How this event wasn’t even appointed?

The premise of Scream Queens was brilliant, the execution not so much. Ryan wrote characters so good (The Chanels) that he couldn’t get rid of and shot himself in the foot while doing so.

Love the video. But I will say that fans who have lots of issues with things the characters do, bug me. Will planting the Mary Jane in Finns locker, Sue's antics, Rachel's diva behavior... does anyone realize how boring shows would be if every character was perfect? So what if Emma was building an emotional affair with a married man? So what if pink haired Quinn was manipulative and scheming? Let characters be imperfect so we can enjoy TV. I feel like people nowadays are so heavily offended by everything they consume, that TV isn't even made the same way anymore. Glee was Glee because of how it behaved. But no writer would write this stuff today bc they'd be afraid of backlash. Shows like The Office and Desperate Housewives have said some racist and awful things about people, yet they were huge at the time they came out, and people still absolutely adore them. Not bashing you or the video, this is mostly aimed towards fans who nit-pick at every character until they find something they don't like just to complain
