I’m 41 and I’ve been watching this for 30 years.. I seen it in 1994 when it first aired on HBO. I rented it on DVD a few times in the 2000’s and have been watching it on KZfaq for over 10 years. I never knew this was meant to be a diss to President Clinton.

Shows just how how that Chronic shaped kids from my generation. I remember doing a drive by on my enemies in 93 driving a rented Chevy Astro listening to Nigga wit a Gun by Dre Dr with my Mac 11. I’m so happy I got a chance to turn my life around. I survived the streets, gun shots, died from complications of pneumonia but was brought back, cancer and life PERIOD! I raised my son who’s 23 now different from how I was raised. My dad taught me to be a criminal and how get away with them. I NEVER wanted to teach my son that BS! I was present in his life and he often thought I was mean but I would die to keep him out that BS.

As a solo white boy from cloverleaf eastside Houston I grew up around tango blast houstones, bloods Crips different sets, CV13s, then you also had solos like me that weren't in gangs but would come together just for there street and would maab just as hard 😂. Like zapp said it was so ruff so tuff out there for us especially being under weight and solo gringo in an all meskin hood. We came together on a survival trip tho not that trying to be hard stuff they on. If my mom was cooking you ate at my house and vice versa we stole, robbed, shot at got shot at stabbed jumped and head ups, alot of dope slanging all night all day. But we had no choice. I remember one time we robbed some bloods broke into the house and only stole the food cause we were starving. Then the next day we were thinking say they got a lot of shit in there and went back to get the stuff out the house. But kids now days do this and there parents both work they have a house to live in food. Our parents were drug addicts my dad was a crack addict my mom heroin addict. I had to raise me. I slept in parks under bridges all that. But 3 prison sentences later I found God the best thing I could've got and it all had to of happened so I 30:58 could have this testimony. I never once got down with no click not even arian brother hood in prison and went just as hard had to cause in my neighborhood man aint nothing good everybodys parents were ex cons heroin and crack addicts. But I tell you this, God cut paths through the wilderness and rivers through the desert. 11 homies dead and God could and would he said if he was sought. But my homies never sought. I did. Now I make great pay welder/fitter out of the hood and have 4 sons of my own. God said he ain't a respector of no man meaning he shows no favoritism what he will do for one he will do for the next if he did it for me he will do it for me. And trust me there's always somebody bigger and badder than you and for me that's God. It's even you have that mind set you slip and slippers get caught.

My dad had me watch this when i was a kid in the early 2000’s this and crips and bloods made in america. Really gave me a good lesson on why not to join a gang. These should help required learning for inner cities.
